After all, was said and done, there were just four of them. The twin children of John Osborne of the band The Brothers Osborne and his wife Lucie Silvas were born on Tuesday morning.
Hello, Arthur and Maybelle, and welcome to the insanity that is the twenty-first century. It seems like this one is going to spiral out of control. @luciesilvas, Please tell me you’re doing OK. The 40-year-old music star gushed about you on Instagram. The rapper first shared this announcement on Instagram Stories alongside a photo showing the dates and ages of his children’s births.
At 1:44 a.m., the world got a new member. 18 inches in length and 5.01 pounds in weight At her birth at 1:43 a.m., MaybelleArthur weighed 3 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 15 inches in length. Her work was excellent. It’s possible to read a comic book and say, “Damn, Lucie is a warrior princess!” This is not an exaggeration.
Osborne shared an image of himself on social media from the hospital the day before the birth of his children. Under the shot, he captioned, “It’s time to go,” revealing that he was dressed in his medical scrubs. For obvious reasons, no public photographs of the infants have been released.
Considering that Osborne and Silvas are expecting their first child, the Brothers Osborne had to skip Maren Morris’s Love Rising charity event in Nashville on Monday night. The Instagram feed of the band broke the news.
The Friendship Letter We wish we could make it to Bridgestone for Love Rising tonight, but unfortunately, we can’t. My twin sons, Maybelle and Arthur, have taken up the Osborne custom of dropping by unexpectedly. Even as I write this, Lucie is “holding down the fort” for the hospital staff.
To all of our beloved friends who will be in attendance tonight, on and off stage: let’s fight to maintain Nashville full of the love, light, and acceptance for which it is known. This is the kind of community where we hope to raise our children. You can safely fire upon them. I enjoy working with you. – -John.”
The pregnancy of both Osborne and Silvas was confirmed in November. Osborne discussed his and Silvas’ plans to conceive a family with ET at the time the news broke.
For a long time, we tried and even considered IVF. In an interview with ET during the CMAs, he said the wait was worthwhile. If you or someone you care about is experiencing difficulty conceiving or is undergoing in vitro fertilization, it is important to have a good attitude. I’m relieved that everything worked out nicely for us in the end.
