The cause of death for Ray Liotta has been determined, about a year after his untimely death.

Records acquired by TMZ almost a year after his death at age 67 indicate the “Goodfellas” actor struggled from heart and lung issues.
The news outlet claimed that he was struggling to breathe due to serious heart failure and swollen lungs.
Back in May, the spokesperson for the Black Bird star confirmed Liotta’s death to E! News. According to a statement provided to NBC News by Liotta’s spokesperson Jennifer Allen, the actor passed away peacefully in his sleep while filming Dangerous Waters in the Dominican Republic.
Jacy Nittolo, Liotta’s girlfriend, and Karsen, his daughter with ex-wife Michelle Grace, threw a party to commemorate Liotta’s 68th birthday. Five months had passed before they finally figured out what had caused his death.
No, we don’t want to make anything that will date quickly. In a December Instagram post, Nittolo cited a phrase. In 2020, she and the well-known individual were engaged. Yesterday, Ray reached the ripe old age of 68. There are several of his creations that I believe will endure.
“Especially in the hearts of Ray’s sister Linda, his daughter Karsen, and myself,” she said. “Today is your day,” they said.
I was especially moved by what Karsen, Liotta’s daughter, said about her father’s background. With the caption, “Happy birthday to my dad,” she posted a number of photos from her father’s youth on her Instagram Story. More than words can express, I miss and adore you.
