Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo have expanded their family to five members.
Multiple sources claim that the former Victoria’s Secret model just gave birth to the couple’s third kid. The new addition to the Levine and Prinsloo family joins 6-year-old Dusty Rose and 4-year-old Gio Grace.
The model has been posting photos from her artsy maternity picture shoots and baby belly selfies on Instagram over the past several months to record her pregnancy.
Married since 2014, Levine and Prinsloo currently raise their two children in the Golden State. According to various sources, the couple sold their former property in the Los Angeles region for $51 million and used the proceeds to purchase a massive estate in the affluent town of Montecito, near Santa Barbara, earlier this year.
In September, days after Prinsloo announced her pregnancy on social media, the couple’s relationship hit a rough patch. Sumner Stroh, an Instagram model, said on TikTok that she had an affair with Levine lasting a year and that he DMed her in June asking, “Are you still single?” “Alright, now a serious inquiry. If it turns out to be a boy, I want to call him Sumner, so I’m pregnant again. Do you agree with that? I mean this as seriously as possible.”
Maroon 5’s lead singer then said on Instagram, “Poor judgment led me to engage in any form of flirtation with anyone but my wife. Although I did not have an extramarital affair, there was a time in my life when I acted inappropriately. It got out of hand at times, but I’ve talked to my family about it and we’re taking efforts to fix it.”
Levine continued, avoiding direct eye contact with the purported DM, “What matters most to me in life is my family, which includes my wife. It was the worst mistake I could have made to be so naive and ignorant as to put in jeopardy the one thing in the world that means anything to me. In the future, I just won’t be successful. Full accountability rests squarely on my shoulders. As a group, we shall prevail. The two of us will be able to get through this.”
Behati remained steadfast in her support of Levine in the weeks following the affair. She joined him onstage during Maroon 5’s performance at the Shaquille O’Neal Foundation’s The Event charity fundraiser in Las Vegas on October 1. Later that month, the family was altogether as the couple put up yet another united face by spending the day at the beach in central California.
Behati was “upset” with Levine, a source close to the couple told E! News in September, but “she does believe him that there was no physical affair.” Additionally, the insider said “They’ve been together for the duration. She has the impression that they are a happy couple and is distraught to learn of the secretive behavior occurring in their marriage.”
In regards to Levine, the information was revealed as follows: “He feels terrible about the pain he has caused his loved ones and regrets his actions. This has jolted him into reality and shown him where he has to improve.”
