Taylor Swift Updates Fans After Hand Injury Seen at Eras Tour Show

Question…? What happened to Taylor Swift’s hand during her Eras Tour? The singer recently talked about how she’s doing and what caused the cut.

What if I told you that Taylor Swift’s hand cut during a recent show on her Eras Tour wasn’t a mistake and that she is fine?

Fans were worried when they saw the “Mastermind” singer’s hand was hurt during her April 22 show in Houston, Texas. But after her three-day tour stop in Texas, Taylor wrote a note on social media to set the record straight.

In her April 24 Instagram post, she said, “Just got to play 3 insane shows in Houston, and I’m waking up smiling and thinking about how much fun we all had.” “I love this tour so much because of how passionate the crowds are. I can’t wait to get to Atlanta!”

The 12-time Grammy winner then explained what happened with her hand and how she’s doing now.

“PS for those wondering how I cut my hand, I’m fine and it was all my fault. I tripped on my dress hem and fell backstage while running to make a quick change, and I caught myself with my palm,” she said. “It was all written in the code of Mercury in retrograde. Don’t worry about me, because I’m fine.”

Fans are glad she’s safe. One of your fans wrote, “Thank you for the update on your hand.” “We were all worried, but you came through like a goddess, and now you hurt us.” Added one more, “I’m so happy you’re okay! Please take care of yourself, we love you!”

Taylor has been hanging out with friends in New York when she is not on tour across the country. On April 20, the “Red” singer was seen walking around the city with Blake Lively, Gigi Hadid, and Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim, who are sisters. Taylor had been seen a few days earlier having dinner with her friend and fashion expert Ashley Avignone and earlier that month hanging out with her friend and partner Jack Antonoff.

And if you were asking how she’s been doing since her breakup with Joe Alwyn, the “Shake It Off” star seemed to give a hint during one of her shows. Last week, a TikTok user named @debbieryan10 shared a video in which she holds up a sign that says “You OK?” and Taylor responds with a thumbs-up.
