Lindsay Lohan once threw a party for her unborn child while she was still pregnant. It worked out. (No joke.)
The “Mean Girls” star is having her first child with her husband of a year, Bader Shammas. This weekend, she will enjoy the upcoming birth of their child with her family and friends.
On April 16, Lindsay put a picture from the party on her Instagram Stories. She was wearing a sleeveless orange dress. The 36-year-old actress wrote “Take the time to smile” on a picture of herself, her mother Dina Lohan, and her sister Aliana Lohan sitting at a table.
There seemed to be a country theme at the party. The guest of honor and her family stood in front of a small wooden box with white flowers and the words “Oh baby.”
The guests also ate a round cake with a white center that possibly had rainbows and smiles on it.
It looked like the party was in Dubai, which is where Lindsay and Bader live. From a picture that Aliana posted, it looks like guests also enjoyed a big plate of hummus, baba ganoush, and other Middle Eastern foods.
Samantha Pariente, who is Lindsay’s friend, and Juliet Angus, a designer who used to be on Ladies of London, were also there. The second woman put a picture of herself and Lindsey Lohan from the weekend of her baby shower on her Instagram Story. She wrote, “I flew into town to shower my beautiful pregnant best friend and glowing Mama-to-be @lindsaylohan.”
A picture that her brother Dakota “Cody” Lohan posted shows that Lindsay and her family went shopping the weekend of her baby shower. The 26-year-old also sent Bader a picture of himself with the message, “Ma brother for life.”
